Our motivation is technology disruption. To use innovative biotech-based ideas that meet key unmet needs in society. The exponential increase in life science-based discoveries allow for the combination of many unique concepts to solve problems faced by humanity.
The use of A.I now allows us to look at complex problems quicker in a better defined manner.
Mission
Our specific mission is in incubating early-stage start-ups usually up to pre-seed rounds or seed rounds if the potential business case is sufficiently compelling enough.
Unlike most similar type companies that invite proposals from external parties, we prefer to work within a very small circle of trusted scientists that we have built a strong relationship with.
Consultancy & Smart Partnerships
We offer consultancy and turnkey projects in the discovery, development, and upscale of various antiviral proteins that are capable of oral delivery. These are done using AI, machine learning coupled with more than a decade of experience. We can offer broad-spectrum chimeric proteins that target a wide range of viruses or extremely specific targeted chimeric proteins that work only on a specific mode of action.
We also offer non-conventional cost-saving methods of upscale that greatly lower both CAPEX (CAPITAL Expenditure) and OPEX (Operational Expenditure) as well as final COG (Cost of Goods).
With the recent COVID-19 pandemic, the development of safe antivirals takes on a new priority and broad-spectrums will potentially cater for other pre-pandemic viruses currently hiding in various animal species.

Lybica Ventures have funded three companies so far of which two are ready to seek a next-level funding round while the third is following close behind. Other than these three, two others are in concept stage that will soon seek funding for POC (proof of concept) experimental verification.
